Free Photo Enhancement
Our Pending Media team provides all agents with both high resolution and web ready images in HDR format as well as an MLS compliant, branded property website! We always offer free blue sky replacement for cloudy days and basic edits.
Deferred Payment
Because of our partnership with Christie's Bluegrass, all agents can be billed via the brokerage and have their payment for photo and video services deducted from your commission after the sale!
